- Age Limit: Entry only to people above 25 years. Every ticket holder needs to furbish a government-issued id at the venue as age and identity proof. Access to the show is subject to the presentation of a valid form of proof of identity. In any event, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to The Vault Home Bar Festival to any person that it considers does not meet the access criteria or may disrupt the event. Any person refused access to The Vault Home Bar Festival will be entitled to a refund of the price of their ticket. The person below the age of 25 years shall be denied entry to the event and tickets will not be refunded.
- Entry & Exit: Entry to the day festival on February 25 & 26 commences at 11:00 am and exit is at 7:00 pm. The entry for INDULGE – The World’s Best Bars – Evening Mixology Event commences at 7:00 pm.
- Last Pour: The last pour at the day festival will be at 6.30 pm.
- Extra Ticket: The Indulge event offering is at an additional cost. Please select and book your tickets.
- Admission: Each ticket admits only one person and shall be produced to exchange for a wristband.
- Wristbands: Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn at all times during the event. Wristbands removed or misplaced shall not be reissued under any circumstances.
- Non-Refundable: Tickets once purchased shall not be refundable whatsoever. No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure conditions including any event which is beyond the control of the Organiser or any such act of God, including but not limited to a national or local calamity, lockdown, COVID 19, pandemic, outbreak, war (threatened or actual), civil unrest, military action, riot, act of terrorism, law or regulation of any public authority or union, change of laws or other government/statutory activity, strikes, natural disaster, fire, earthquake, cyclone, flood, interruption, breakdown of machinery or equipment or an impeding occurrence at the Site.
- Official Agents to Purchase: Tickets shall be valid only if purchased through official agents. Tickets purchased through unauthorized agents shall not be valid and entry shall be denied to the event.
- Photography/Video/Audio: There will be photography, video, and audio recording of the event. The management reserves the right to use this material for the promotion of the event, use the recordings as information and promotional material for other such events and activities of the ownership of the festival property in the future, without any compensation or without seeking any specific consent from the individuals for use of such material.
Show Conduct and Decorum Guidelines:
- Etiquette & Decorum Rules: To ensure that all the visitors of The Vault Home Bar Festival enjoy the event the management requires that all attendees conduct themselves with etiquette and decorum in accordance with our guidelines. All attendees of events must agree to abide by the following Show Conduct Guidelines.
- Responsible Drinking: The Vault Home Bar Festival is an exclusive event with the sole purpose of the enjoyment of fine beverages through taste, sampling and education. Excess drinking is unacceptable. The Organizers promote moderate consumption, seeking quality over quantity as a preventative measure. The Organizers always advocate a responsible approach.
- Do Not Drink & Drive: We strongly advocate – Do Not Drink and Drive policy and encourage the attendees to not violate road safety rules or endanger your lives by drinking and driving. Please do not self-drive to the venue.
- Subject to Change: The line-up of talks, masterclasses and mixology experience for the show is subject to availability and may change. Participants may not be notified of this change.
- Right of Refusal to Pour: Exhibitors reserve the right to refuse to serve any attendee who appears to have consumed an excessive amount of alcohol.
- Vigilance: Visitors who are visibly inebriated or behave in any disruptive or offensive manner will be escorted out of the event venue without any refund of tickets. Visitors who have been removed for the reasons stated above will be refused re-admittance.
- Recommended:
- Attendees are strongly encouraged to eat before and during tasting events. The visitors can avail to the food services at our Food Court at an additional cost.
- In addition to food consumption, attendees are encouraged to drink ample amounts of water between tastings. Complimentary drinking water and spittoons are available at exhibitor stands and other highly visible locations throughout the site.
- Strictly not allowed:
- Cigarette and cigar smoking as well as vaping is strictly not allowed and such material will not be allowed inside the venue.
- Carrying and consumption of food bought from outside, including bottled water, alcohol Etc. shall not be permitted at the event.
- The Vault Home Bar Festival is a drug-free event. Consumption and possession of any form of intoxicants will result in removal of the person consuming/carrying the same from the event and shall be handed over to the concerned authorities.
- Under no circumstances, any person attending the event shall possess in any form/place any object/weapon that may have the potential to cause any bodily injury. No person attending the event shall in any manner vandalize/cause damage to any location/part of the event.
- Liability Claims: We are not liable for any food/beverage/loss of personal items liability claims.
- Strict Security: The event shall be subject to necessary security procedures that are required by the management. This shall include checking of personal belongings and body frisking. Purchase of tickets to this event confirms adherence to this policy. Guests who refuse to comply with this safety procedure will be denied entry without refund of tickets.
